How long does the procedure take? |
Microblading is typically a 2-step process with the second appointment being 6 weeks after your initial procedure. The first appointment take approximately 2 hours. It will include a consultation to confirm the color and shape of your desired brows. The next step if to measure and draw in the desired brow shape. We will continue with the procedure when your are satisfied with the brow shape. Finally, a semi-permanent pigment will the applied with a disposable microblading tool to create the hair strokes. A touch-up appointment will occur 4-6 weeks after the initial service. This appointment will be approximately one hour. The touch-up appointment is very important during the skin healing process. And will ensure that your brows look fresh for a longer period. |
How long with it last? |
Microblading typically lasts between 1-3 years depending on your aftercare and skin type. |
Does it hurt? |
We use a lidocaine cream before the service and wait for numbness to occur before starting the procedure. Most clients report little to no discomfort during the process. |
How long is the healing time? |
Although there is no downtime required following a microblading procedure, it will take 7-14 days to heal and a month for the color to fully set-in. Aftercare instructions will be given to you after your procedure that are tailored to your skin type. |
